What is Stÿll?

Stÿll is a new and exciting gallery in the village of Elora!

Housed in an historic stone building, Stÿll, (pronounced “style”) is a wonderful combination of distinctive fine craft work, exquisite displays, all in a fantastic historic building, right in the heart of the village. The gallery is a partnership, made up of three local artisan couples. The names of their studios, Bibelot Design, Night & Day Studio, and Metallic Evolution, are very familiar to craft connoisseurs .

The artisan works on display are primarily a blend of metal, clay and glass. Pottery, glass lanterns, garden accents, tables and a wide selection of mirrors in various mediums, are tastefully displayed throughout the gallery. It’s important to note that there is a price range for everyone. Particular Canadian craftspeople have been called on to add flair to the space, providing hand blown glass, ornate ottomans, and a wide selection of artisan jewelry.

Entering the gallery, visitors will notice a blend of modern craftsmanship in an Old World setting. The gallery has 12-foot ceilings, large windows, and exposed stone walls to lend a warm open feeling to the space.
